Colorado Part 2

 On Saturday we headed down to Colorado Springs, a couple hours away, to hike and explore Colorado! My kids LOVE hiking and exploring so they were in heaven and we literally did it all day long!

 Here's my cute fam(Not sure what my hair is doing but ew!) at the Garden of the Gods. This place was cool and reminded us a bit of Moab(our second choice for a trip for Spring Break, we love that place too!) It ended up being a bit cool that day which made it perfect hiking weather.

 My cute lil sis Sammy, 30 something weeks pregnant, was a trooper exploring. Isn't she so cute?!

We missed our other sis Amy and the rest of our family though. Can't wait till we are altogether someday.

We had to get a shot with all the boys, well and Vi too. Finn and Vi were so cute conversing in their backpacks. 

The three musketeers! i love that they are all in their sports warm up clothes or whatever you want to call them. 

 Sammy, Violet and baby girl coming soon!!! So sad I'm going to miss the birth I hope to be able to go soon after though.

 Best cousins! He had to be touching her at all times.  It was hilarious when Violet didn't want him too. She was so annoyed. Poor girl.

 We took a break and had lunch in the back our our van.  Then headed off to do more hiking.

 Violet loved that Ruby was around and Ruby loved having another girl around, too bad they are a few years apart. Ruby showed Violet how to play with little pet shops and dolls. Ruby was a cute little mama to her.

 Dang Hudson is strong!

After we explored Garden of the Gods, we headed to Seven Falls, it was so cool!!! 

There were a bunch of different waterfalls that ran into each other.  Here and it was over 200-300 stairs to get to the top.

a view of the falls. The scary thing was climbing the stairs, they didn't feel very safe. If someone was climbing them at the same time the whole thing would shake.

These two munchkins were loving the water that had one fish and one duck.

Our lil fam at the top of the waterfall. I didn't really think I was scared of heights but climbing up, it was hard not to look down and when I did, it took my breath away. But what a view. At night the whole thing lights up, that would be a sight!

Thanks to Sammy and Erik for taking us around all day and exploring Colorado.  We really fell in love with it! And they were in the car ahead of us and you had to pay to get into the park. so as we pulled up to pay for our car, the lady said, "the car ahead of you paid for you!" Oh my heck, Erik was so nice to have done that.  What a guy! It really made our day!
