Birthday Weekend

I had a great birthday weekend, celebrating the last time I'll be in my 20's. Crazy to think next year I'll be 30. My hubby surprised me at the first of the month with a pre-birthday gift. He said to be ready to go at 3 and he'd be by to pick me up, that he had a surprise for me. We started driving and I was trying to guess where we were going. I wasn't sure, I thought maybe Harrison's headstone was finally in so that was the surprise, but he started in the wrong direction so I knew that wasn't it. Then it hit me, we started driving towards New Image Day Spa and I said, "please don't tell me your taking me there? I haven't shaved." He looked at me with the reddiest face and said, I should've thought of that. I felt awful that I ruined his surprise, but I was so embarrassed. I hadn't shaved for over a week. OK come on, its been winter and I'm pregnant so cut me some slack. I went anyway, the gal was so nice, the one I usually get there, and she said its actually better to have hairy legs for a pedi and it doesn't bother her, thank heavens. I got a full, amazing pedicure. What a sweet man. He didn't even feel good that day either, but he did it anyway and took the kids so I could have an hour of peace and pampering all by myself, it was heaven.  Love him.
Here I am at 34 weeks. As much as I hate having pregnancy pictures taken of me I have decided oh well. I don't have one pregnant picture of me pregnant with Harrison. And come to think of it because I was so big with Hudson and Ruby I doubt I have any with them. So I figured since I've only gained a little over 20lbs and look the best I ever have pregnant, even though I'm not one of those skinny pregnant women, I might as well take some.  So here you go. Only a few more weeks left, YEAH!!! I'm due June 1st, so hopefully he'll come the last week in May. Hudson was 10 days early and Ruby was a week early, so lets hope this baby boy follows the pattern.
For my birthday Trent and I went to Rickenbachers, its a great restaurant out at the Ogden Airport. It was a neat atmosphere and the food was so good. We were there forever just talking and enjoying each others company. We were trying to savor the moment because we know with our third child around the corner these times will be few and far between for awhile. We stayed so long we missed our movie, so we went shopping and then to visit my our new nephew at the hospital. He was born the day before.
Meet Daxon, isn't he the cutest ever? His mama, Charlotte, Trents sister labored most of the time at home, her water broke so they decided to finally go in. When she did she was an 8 and within an hour started pushing, and yes she did it natural. She is amazing!!!! And no I will not be doing that. He was so precious and tiny just 7 lbs. I was a bit nervous going in and I think Trent as too. It was only the 2nd newborn I have held since Harrison and Trent hadn't held one yet. Of course I bawled my eyes out, a mix of lots of emotions, for one being newborns are just the most amazing things ever.  Trent had a hard time to but it made us so excited and grateful that ours would be here in less than 6 weeks. Can't wait!!!!!!
I was spoiled by everyone. I got that cute jacket from my mom along with a new dress, one I can wear now and after and a new crockpot. Trent and the kids surprised me with a new camera. Nothing fancy (thats what i have my sister Amy for right?) But something that actually works. It was a great birthday!

Happy Birthday! That would be awesome if you went a little early, isn't that what we all hope for? I had to get started with both my girls and this time I am hoping for just a few days early, because i sooo want to be done.
