Spring Break in St. George

We had such a great time with my family in St. George, although short, it was great to get away to nice warm weather and play. Below are a few pics of what happened, they are in no sort of order, but you get the idea.
We always make a stop to Snow Canyon to hike, explore, and play in the sand dunes. We of course had to go to In N' Out and boy was it good. We hit the shops, the art festival, and a new little drink shop called, Orange Peel, so dang good. Everynight Trent and Hudson and a few others went down to the hot tub and pool. It was so nice to stay in the condo (thanks Brody's family) mostly because it was free. We tried to go on a few more hikes and explore a few different things but it just didn't turn out, but we still had a blast.

Here's Roo riding Uncle Jeff my little bro, although he's only little because he is 10 years younger than me. He's actually big, 6'2 and growing. A senior at OHS, an SBO, and leaving on his mission in September, what will we do without him? He's the best.
Hudson was in heaven at the sand dunes. He would take off running and then jump. Crazy kid.

The kids dumped sand everywhere. We found sand for days. After I did a load of wash, there was a ring of sand. If you've never been to Snow Canyon and the Sand Dunes they have there, it is so cool. I wish we could've taken the sand home, it is so fine and soft. The kids loved it. Bingham and Ruby took turns filling the bucket with sand. And I wish I would've gotten a picture of little Boen, he loved the sand and wanted to eat it as every 9 month old would.
My little Roo and me.

The kids had so much fun at the Easter Egg Hunt. We colored eggs on Saturday night, Grammy did her Easter bags for them Saturday and then Sunday they were so excited to see what the Easter Bunny brought them. Ruby was so excited she got, Pinocchio, or "Nocchio" as she calls it. Hudson was so excited, because the Easter Bunny found him a Transformer/Star Wars guy in one. It is the death Star that turns into Darth Vader. Yup we're still feeding the obsession.

On Saturday we went down to the Arts Festival and they had tons of different food vendors. When the kids saw, "Roasted Corn" they had to have it. Ruby didn't quite get how to eat it at first but once she figured it out she was loving it.

Here's a few more pictures of us at Snow Canyon. The weather was a bit over cast which was perfect for hiking. The top left picture is Hudson chillin' with Papa at the top.
Then Ruby with daddy. She had to do everything everyone did. She loved it.
Then Jeff, Trent w/Ruby on his shoulders, and Hudson.
And finally Hudson all alone at the top, he didn't want to get down.
Amy took some incredible pictures with her new nice camera so when I steal some of those I'll show you.

HOW FUN! I'm SO sad we missed it all, those kids crack me up. I love the corn pictures, so funny. They just get cuter and cuter

My Grandma lives in Cedar and I can't believe the weather difference between the two. I realize you drop a ton in elevation but it still seems strange....Cedar was WAY too cold to even have an Easter egg hunt outside. Looks like you had fun--you're family is adorable!
