Mister Mischievous

 I love this little guy!
He truly brought so much peace and comfort to my soul!
He is the sweetest thing you will ever meet!
Now yes he is a two year old boy, so there is hitting, and crying, and craziness, but he is just so sweet.
He always says, "tank you mommy", "please mommy" and my two favorite, "hold you mommy" and
"Lov-a" which is his way of saying, love you.
In this particular picture I was helping Ruby in her room when he came downstairs with the umbrella and said, "momma its raining get under." So cute!
The he had Ruby get under with him. He has the cutest imagination!

Then there is the mischievous side. He is sure good at making a mess.
Griffin got into the baby powder one day and got it all over his room. Now this picture seriously does not do it justice, it was all over and very very hard to clean up. But at least his room smelled good.

Then, seriously the next day, he found a Sharpie and went to town in Ruby's room. He ruined her Lalaloopsy doll and made is big sister very very upset!
He also took the sharpie to her closet door, kitchen, and kitchen supplies.
For the past few months, we were noticing our leather couch had some little cracks in it. We thought it was just from age and the sun coming in from the window until one day Trent noticed Finn biting the couch.  Yes our son was eating our couch!!!!
It has slowly gotten worse over the past few months and now instead of eating it he just pulls at it.
Why do I have nice things?
But then there is his fun, silly, sweet side.
He loves to help and do anything and everything the big kids do.  On this particular day he was helping dad in the garden. He thought it was so fun to hammer!
He is always doing something to make us laugh. Finding someones clothes and putting them on, or wearing someones glasses or shoes.
And he loves this hat. Its an old one of Hudson's but for some reason its the only one he will wear.
If anyone in the house has a hat on he immediately pulls you into his room points at this closet and says, hat!

I love my little guy. or should I say big?
He is about 27 months, so almost 2 1/2 and its crazy to think how much he is growing up.
I still haven't taken him to his 2 year check up, yes I need to get on that. But I'm pretty sure he weighs over 30 lbs and is super tall. Everywhere we go people are shocked to know he's only 2.
I feel like I have cherished him so much not knowing if he is our last.
I still go in every night before I go to bed to check on him in his crib, Yes he is still in a crib. Why change a good thing! I thank my Heavenly Father everyday for letting me have him.
He is such a joy to our family, even when he's crazy!

all hope is not lost! you can remove those sharpie marks from Ruby's doll if you dip a qtip in either rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover if the doll's face is plastic! hope it works!
