Instagram photos

Here are just some random instagram photos that I have taken but don't really belong to a specific blog posts, but I wanted them on our family blog for prosperity. So here goes the randomness...

This Winter and Spring we spent most Mondays at the Treehouse for toddler time. Its fun for the kids to be there to sign with Great Grammy "GG" and it gave Finn and Ruby something to do. Of course Ruby got hold of a stuffed animal of some sort and carried it everywhere until we left. See, obsessed!
The kids and Trent got me a copy of Nie Nie's book and I couldnt' put it down. I've followed her blog for years, even before the accident and just have always love her zest for life, motherhood and the gospel. This book is amazing and inspiring. I think if you are struggling with being a mom, wife, or a women in general in this worldly world you need to read this book. And well even if you aren't struggling read it anyway. Its amazing!!! I cried so hard and laughed. So is an inspiration!
Ruby and my brother Jeff love each other so much!
I honestly don't know what they did without each other 2 years!
Hudson made it into the 2nd grade Spelling Bee Finals and did great. I he got pretty far, like to 6th place, which was pretty good. What was bugging me (of course as his mom) was that kids all around him were getting easy 4 letter words, but for some reason every time he was getting super hard long words, which he did fine.
Ruby is in LOVE with Lalaloopsy's!
Its perfect for her because I call her Ruby Lala.
She set up a little playground for them on the front porch one day, she was worried it was going to rain so she grabbed her rainboots and umbrella just in case.
Silly Ruby Lala.

During baseball practice Ruby and Finn loved to play in the little stream at the park. It was a perfect secluded are to get away from the sun and get wet.
Just a random photo of cousin Boen with Finn swinging at Grammy and Papa's house.
Finn loves Boen! He acts like Boen did as a little toddler too, crazy!

Another random shot of Boen but with Ruby this time.
These two are so dang cute together!!!
They are about 1 1/2 years apart but think alike. They both have the most vivid imagination.
Ruby is closer in age to Bingham, his older brother, but Ruby can't boss him around and Bingham is more literal so Boen is perfect for Ruby to play with. He does anything she says and they both love to "play" anything.
Seriously, I need to record their conversations because they were so dang funny!!!
I hope Amy is writing down everything Bo says because he is a crack up!

A sad day at the maw house, the business sold and we moved Trent out of his office.  He is now home in the home office.
He used to have 2 really nice office's but the last year he went down to one, so it wasn't a super big move but really emotional for both of us.
He sold his super nice desk and now we have a basement full of all the other office stuff, 3 chairs, desk, and all his office supplies.  Still job hunting but we see a light at the end of the tunnel. This won't be the end of his entrepreneurial life. You don't just win Young Entrepreneurial of the year and not start another business, but for now its time to just have some stability.
We'll see what the future will bring.

This shot makes me laugh so hard!!!!
I looked over to see Hudson chilling to his ipod.
He looked so old!

That night, Hudson had a bad bug bite on his back so I told him to leave his shirt off for a bit while the meds soaked in. He got his "new" ipod to listen to while he waited. I say "new" because its Trent's old one that he gave him. He loves it!

Everyone in our house LOVES Lego's.
Lets just say the Lego's didn't stay on blanket fore very long after Finn got bored.
I have always loved when my kids want me to hold them and ask, "Hold you?"
For some reason Finn had not said that or asked me to and I was worried he never would. Both Hudson and Ruby did.  Finn is a good talker too but I just figured he didn't need to ask me, because he would just come over for a snuggle anytime he wanted.
Well today out of no where he stood in the hall with his Doc Hudson, Lightening McQueen and blankets and called out, "MOM? MOM?" I looked over and then he said, "Hold you?"
I about died!!! I was in heaven! He came running over to me and I held him for over 15 minutes like this."

Good luck with the job hunt! We were looking for more than three years, but the offer finally came and was way better than expected. I'm sure it will all work out for you guys. You have an amazing family and will be blessed. Congrats to your son on his baptism. That is awesome!
