Crazy but sweet 2 year old

 sometimes this kid is crazy....

 "Hey Mom, guess what I've been doing?"

Look at that innocent face, he can't do a thing wrong right?

"I've been eating a marker and drawing all over my body. 

See? Didn't I do a good job?"

 Then a few days later I left the ovaltene out on the counter and I guess Finn wanted more, because I walked into the kitchen to see this...

 It was everywhere!!!! And a brand new container. 

He filled the fruit bowl, all over the counter and floor and all over his face. Ah life with 2 year olds.  What will he do next? Its a good thing he's so cute when he's so naughty.

 But then there are moments like these...

 I walked in his room the other day to see him lining up all his cars and playing ever so quietly.

 

 You can't get mad at a sweet face like this! 

He is so funny, every Sunday when we get in the car to go home he hurries and gets in with the other kids before we can buckle him up and sits in the seat and says, "go home." He loves sitting in the car in "huddys seat" as he calls it and boy you can believe he freaks out when we put him in his carseat.

And ever sooo grateful that he still takes naps, sometimes 3 hour naps. Those are few and far between because they are usually 1 1/2 - 2 hour naps but hey I'll take it! 

 I love that he has to have all his "B's" (blankets", a few animals, some cars, books, a sippy of water or yes I give it to him with milk, so sue me, all to go to sleep. Lately while I tuck him into bed he asks for a song.  So I sing him a song usually a primary song while I tickle his face and he can't help but fall asleep.

He'll be in a crib for awhile or until he starts climbing out. 

Speaking of climbing out, he climbed out last week though and I thought I was gonna have to take the crib down.  I was watching tv in the living room at 10:00 pm and I heard a loud noise from his room. He had been talking for awhile in there, he went to bed late that night about 9:00 and I guess just couldn't calm down. I thought the noise was him throwing out a book, but out walks a little sleepy eyed boy.  I was shocked and well, so was he.  None of my kids had ever climbed out and I was scared that this was it for the crib, but he hasn't done it since. Just a fluke. 

So yes he's crazy but he's also so sweet!
