19 months

Griffin is 19 months!!!!

Its so crazy to think that just a little over a year ago I was waiting to see my baby boy and now he's here and all mine!

Ok, I guess I do have to share him but its really hard!

And he is a big mama's boy. 

To prove it he even calls Trent, mommy!

He does call him daddy too, but calls him mommy too.

Finn is my little bundle of Joy!

Trent and I are constantly telling each other to "look" at something he's doing or saying to each other,

"don't you just love him?"

"isn't he the cutest thing you've ever seen?"

"is he really our last?"

"are we enjoying him enough?"

We aren't sure if we are done but most of the time I think I am. 

I usually get that "urge" to have a baby by now but so far its not happening. 

That's not to say it won't but for now we are ok. 

And sometimes I think we always will be. 

So we are for sure trying to enjoy this little guy as much as possible. 

Although I remember feeling the same way about Hudson and Ruby. 

No parent could love their kids, kiss their kids, and oohh and aahh at their kids as much as Trent and I do. 

 Finn is so much fun at this age.  

And looks JUST like Hudson at this age.

I have always LOVED the year and a half age. 

They are still a baby, yet are starting to talk, explore, are so curious, and fun!

And Finn is so fun!

He had his 18 month check up and did great. 

weight: 26lbs and a few oz-65%, so he's slowed down a lot on his weight, no more baby chub here

height: 97% or off the chart still, most people that meet us for the first time think he's 2

He finally started walking about 16 months and basically started running then too. 

He is still pretty calm and sweet. 

He loves to hug and will hug and kiss Trent and me out of no where. 

Oh its the best!!!!

He will go downstairs all by himself and play in Hudson or Ruby's room all my himself for hours. 

I have to check on him to make sure he's not being naughty but he loves to play.

Griffin also throws the craziest tantrums out of all my kids. 

They don't last long but man they are crazy!

But according to the Dr. totally normal with the 3rd child and well its his age. 

Hopefully they don't get worse. 

YIKES!

He is crazy too!

I mean he is a boy!

He loves to wrestle. 

If you are laying on the ground watch out he thinks its time to wrestle.
He also loves to DUMP everything.  

His favorite is going through the DVD drawer and getting them all out. 

He will look at all of them and "read" them and then throw them until he finds the one he wants to watch.

His favorite things are: Lightening McQueen, Lightening McQueen and Lightening McQueen!

This boy is obsessed!!!

I don't know how or when it started but he loves "Queen" as he likes to call him. 

He has a Queen car in his hand almost all day everyday!

I have had to buy 3 different cars because he always seems to lose one and then later they always turn up. 

So he probably has about 5 different Queen cars, but its good to have some extras.

If he is sad or sick he will just lay down and watch the whole Cars movie. 

Gives me a good break too!

He also loves 101 Dalmatians or the "Dog show".  

He loves almost all food. 

His favorites foods: avocados, chips, eggs, crackers, cereal, blueberries, nuggets, oatmeal, pears, peaches, chocolate milk, and noodles(mac and cheese).

But he is a typical toddler and some days I wonder if he had anything to eat besides chocolate milk. 

He loves Huddy and is so sad when he goes to school and loves it when he comes home.

He still LOVES his "B", blanket/binky. 

I should probably start limiting it to bedtime only but well, if he is my last why be in a hurry?

He loves it and I don't really care.
Its not like he's 5? And its not limiting his speech, he talks great!

I do try to limit it in the day and as long as he has Queen he is fine.  

But man when he's cranky or tired the "B" is a lifesaver.  

He sleeps from 7-8 but isn't a great napper. 

My other kids took 3-4 hr naps and he usually takes a 1-2 hr nap. 

I'm grateful he still naps but I really wish it was longer.

 "QUEEN!"

"QUEEN! CHOW!" 

(he loves to tell you like the show, Lightening McQueen, Cha Chow!)

He says it over and over as he shows you his cars!
