First Day of Preschool

My little baby girl is big and preschool!!!

She has been ready since birth basically to go to school and be big and her big day finally came.

I let her pick out which of her new school clothes she wanted to wear and she picked out her bookbag. Anything pink and hello kitty is a hit at our house. I had to take a picture of it on her back because its almost as big as she is.

She wasn't scared a bit to go to school. I wasn't sure how she'd react, she can be shy sometimes but I think going to her preschool open house the week before, meeting her teacher, and getting to check out her new school helped. The school is darling. When they arrive, they sit on the bench under the cute sign, take their shoes off and hang up their coats and bookbags.  She didn't cry and neither did I. 

 

She was so excited to have her good buddy Ben from church with her and little girl friend Bree is also in the class. She loved her first day of school.  

She only goes two days a week for two hours at a time so when she woke up on Wednesday morning she came up all excited to go to school, I felt bad telling her that it wasn't a school day but she felt better with her morning cup of chocolate milk.
