Would you miss your sons preschool graduation to be on tv? What do I do? I emailed Studio 5 a few weeks ago and told them about my little business and wondered if I could somehow be featured on their show. Well, Brooke Walker got back with me today and they want to feature my Binky Blankets on Ksl's show, Studio 5 for their Love List next week on May 21. But its Hudson's preschool graduation on the same day and the show is live.
Help!?!?!?!?! What do I do?!?!?!?!?!
I know its only Preschool but will I be a bad mom if I miss it? Will he hate me for the rest of my life? Do I want to go on tv and get more business? This is a dilemma for sure.

He has a Grandma that can go, and he wont even remember it.
I would probably do the TV show, it's an amazing opportunity for you, that might not come around again! But it is a tough decision. I guess you will know what is best! Good luck. :)
Have someone video tape the graduation and then sit down and watch it with him. That way he'll always remember how important you think he is...probably better that if you were just there sitting in the audience. Do the show and don't feel bad! Just make a date with him after!
I would for sure do the TV.... He will have other graduations including Kindergarten, and if there is anyone who can go for you then the video tape is a good idea as well and watch it together!
Does he go to Pre-school twice? cuz I did so I had 2 graduations so than you'd be able to make up for it! and like some others said he'll have other graduations and he probably won't get mad.. just take him out for ice cream!!! This way you can really make some $$$ by advertising your stuff!
I think you should have Trent go to the graduation and you go to Studio 5. That is a tough decision to make. Have you talked to Hudson about it? Maybe he would like to skip out on his graduation too so he can go watch his amazing mom be on TV!
Ya, I think you should as Hudson. He'll help you know what he thinks and how he feels. Congrats on the offer, regardless your decision. THAT'S AWESOME!!
Man that IS a dilemma, but I agree with everyone above, do the TV thing. Mom and amy and everyone can go to his graduation. you HAVE to take them up on their offer! how awesome, that'll be sooo exciting! We don't have TV yet but I'll have to get it by then to watch you! I'm so excited! how awesome. Next step: you should try and get on good things utah! once they see you were on ksl then they'll want you. how awesome... also I like what "wallis" said, ask Hudson, see what he thinks....
Good advice. I love the one about video taping it and watching it with him. He would love that. Pop popcorn and make it special. Give him a special gift for graduating after you watch the show together so it is still special. Congrats to you and Hudson!! :)
That is SO awesome!!! Let us know when it is, I have to watch! And I'm glad she rescheduled you - that would be a tough decision to make, pre-school graduation or be on tv for your business . . . I'm glad you didn't have to decide :)
He wont remember preschool preschool graduation is lame. Go for it. Yeah I sound selfish but seriously.
