The nearest book I grabbed was, First Aid. Responding to Emergencies 3rd edition. Its from a class I took back in College.

A heart attack is usually the results of cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease-disease of the heart and blood vessels-is the leading cause of death for adults over 44 years of age in the United States. It is estimated that 70 million Americans suffer from cardiovascular disease.

Pretty interesting. I loved this class, it was first aid responding to emergenices. I love the medical field and wish I would have got my batchelor in one of the medical areas. I got my associates and then stopped because I got prego with Hudson. Oh well, someday.
