"Hip Hip Hooray, I'm One Today!!!!!!!"
Roo was born at 4:30pm weighing 7 lbs 12 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. She was a beautiful baby with dark hair and big blue eyes. Labor was so much easier and faster with Roo than Hudson. I was comfortable the whole time. I was started, (because of Christmas) at 8:30am and had her at 4:30pm. I only pushed for about 20 minutes and out she came. Look at those chunky arms! She was named after my grandmother who is still living, Ruby Speechly, and her middle name is Noel because she was a Christmas baby and we thought it was so cute and special.She has been the best baby. She slept through the night around one month and didn't stop. She was always so content and happy. And such a joy to our family. And now she's one and walking, talking, and basically weaned herself from the bottle, the only one she has is the morning one and even that one I could take away and she wouldn't care.
We love you Ruby, Roo, Boo, Doo, Roobles, Rooble Dooble, sweet pea,and Princess. She's a girl with many names.

oh happy b day ruby! She is so cute, and I absolutely love her name, i didn't know the middle was noel. I was thinking that sounded so cute, and i love the reasoning behind it. it's perfect. She is a lucky little girl to be named after our amazing grandma!
