Here's a picture of my new legs. Just kidding, I never want them to look like that. Sick.Well, my first week of boot camp is officially over. I survived, but I am so sore. I don't remember the last time I was this sore and wasn't able to walk. Oh yeah, after I had a baby, but that was a little different.
The waking up in the morning at 5:30 isn't too bad. I actually really like boot camp. The sorest part of me is my thighs and butt. We don't stretch first we do a warm-up everyday with a flat ladder on the floor and run and jump through it different ways, for 10 min, its hard and tiring, then we have to workout after. Wednesday we did a circuit which was fun but tiring. Then today was the killer. We would do something like 12 push-ups, run a lap, 20 sit-ups, run a lap, do squats to the end of the room, run a lap, and the list just goes on and on, for 45 min. It was so hard but good. I seriously feel great, other than the sore muscles, but I know they will pass. Just six more weeks to go.

You are gonna be so in shape! I think I'm too wimpy to do the boot camp. Good for you!
nice booty! I love when my butt hurts from working out, I know that sounds weird, but it proves that I did something and it's so hard to work out that area, so its always a good feeling to me when it hurts.
Can't wait a few more weeks and i'll be workin out too!
