My baby is 8 months old today! WOW! I say it every month but its true, he's growing up
WAY TOO FAST!
A few of the things Finn can do at 8 months:
-He blows kisses and do "indian"
-He loves to roll his tongue, something I can not do. He's gonna be good at Spanish someday.
-he can wave bye bye and clap
-He loves to play, "bite mama" thats what I call it. He sits on my lap and gives me his blanket, I bite it and he laughs so hard. He takes it out of my mouth bites it and then makes me do it. He thinks it so funny and well it is!

-He finally rolled over! The Dr. said he's just too calm and "cool" of a baby that he just doesn't have a need to. If he's on his stomach long enough though he will roll over to his back, but that's it. He is a mini Trent.
-He is our little grasshopper. Whether he's sitting or laying down he kicks with his feet together, its so funny!
-He loves banana's and would eat them all day if I let him
-He also loves real apples if I just scrap it out with a spoon.

-He also loves baby Mum Mum rice biscuits, baby yogurt, cheese, peas, sweet potatoes, bread, cheerios, and this new baby food that's organic and in these squeeze tubes. He was hungry one day while we were out so I grabbed one and he LOVED it! The best part is you can just squeeze it right in there mouth. The loves all the combination's they have. Its a bit pricey, I usually do my own or buy whats on sale but its great and easy for when your not home or well if its the only thing he'll eat sometimes its worth it.
-He still only has his 2 bottom teeth but any day now one of his top teeth will be here. Its made him not so happy, he mostly just grunts and won't drink a bottle but man will we both be happy when they tooth finally pushes through.

-Finn still sleeps from 7-7:30 or later
-naps are always different. He usually takes a 1 hr morning nap and a 2-3 hr afternoon nap, but some days the morning nap is only 15 min because the kid likes to poop during nap time! UGH!
-he "talks" like crazy! He says dada, baba and then all kinds of other stuff he is a jabber!
-He LOVES Ruby and Hudson! He smiles and laughs at all them day long and they aren't even doing anything.
-He's in LOVE with his binky blanket. The minute you hand it to him he squishes it to his face and eats it. He can also find his binky all by himself now because of the blanket. If he cries in the middle of the night its only a matter of a few seconds before there's silence because he's found his blanket and binky. Ahhh, pretty good idea I had there if you ask me. I used to wake up in the middle of the night because Ruby and Hudson would cry for their binkys. Trent and I would be on the ground searching for the stupid binky in the dark. Those days are over!
The kid has tons of hair! It is so long and crazy! Trent dried it the other night with the towel and it stuck straight up!
He is still such a big boy. I think his weight is slowing down but well, he continues to grow taller daily!
Finn loves the Baby Einstein saucer but well, as you can see he's too big for it!
He stands straight up and its on the tallest setting.
I LOVE my Finney! He is the sweetest baby ever! Ok ,so were my other too. I say I want to be done having kids because all my kids have been such good babies, I don't want push my luck.
He isn't a snuggler but he does is so calm he'll just lay back on your lap and "chill" forever. One day in church he just feel asleep sitting on my lap I had no idea! He is so happy, smiley. My sister Amy calls him the "perfect child".

Ha ha ha, he cracks me up! I love his hair in that picture oh my goodness, too funny. He really is the perfect child! I'm going to have to get some of those squeezable baby foods for on the go, they sound awesome!
