Ruby the Crazy 16 Month old

Well, I have a few cousin's who do this often so I thought I would too. Plus it will be good for me to look back and see.

Ruby has been talking like crazy lately. She still babbles in her own language but she will pretty much say anything you ask her too. Here are just a few of the words she says on a daily basis and some new ones she's started to say.

"Amy" - my sister, she says it perfect.

"Ammmy" - for my mom, Grammy and my sister Sammy

"Papa" -my dad

"Niey"-Nike my brothers dog

"Tank You" - Thank you, she says it when she hands you something. Because whenever I give her something tell her to say thank you, so she does it.

"Cow" and then she will Moo

"Kitty Kitty" and then meow-she has the cutest cat meow it sounds just like a cat

"Horssssse" -She says it perfect but stretches out the "sssss" so cute, we taught her to make the horse sound with her lips

"Elmo"-she loves him, she has an Elmo book that she loves.

"nigh nigh"-Meaning Night Night or she wants to go to bed

"A Bite"- when she wants to eat something you are eating.

"Nummies"-can be for drink or food

"More"-usually when she wants more milk

"Bodee" -Birdie, she says it looking up to the sky and moves her fingers like a beak its so cute.

She can point to her eyes, ears, nose, toes, and belly. And if you ask her where her bum bum is she will pat it, so cute.
And whenever she finds shoes she has to bring them to you saying "shoessssssss" and wants them on her feet no matter who's they are.
Another funny thing she does is climb on top of the kitchen table. We find her on top of our table or my moms table all the time. She is a climber.
Also, whenever she is looking for her blanket or binky she will put her arms up and say, "B" and walk all over trying to find them.

She is into everything and wants to do everything her big brother does. She dumped out two of my dresser drawers the other day completely empty. I had just organized them.
She goes through my closet and pulls out all my shoes.
We were at our friends house over the weekend and she got into my friends filing cabinet and pulled everything out in a matter of seconds.
And lastly, she got into the bathroom garbage, dumped everything out, and riped up all the kleenex that was in there.
AHHH. Life with a 16 month old can be cute, fun, busy, and messy all at the same time. Its a wonder that they live to see 2.
