Well today was my last day of boot camp. I was a little sad, only because it was so motivating and got me in shape, now I am on my own again.
Here are a few of my stats.
On the first day I ran the mile in 11:05 , today I ran it in 10:20, better, but still not great. I did the plank 1:15 on the first day today I did it for 2:12. That was hard. I did 12 push-ups on the first day today I did 22.
I lost 11 lbs total, 3 inches of my chest, 1/2 inch off each arm, 2 1/2 inches off waist, 1 inch off hips, 1/2 inch off each thigh. I lost a total of 4.2% body fat, I wish it was more. So overall a pretty good experience. I am in a lot better shape, I feel good, and so hopefully this will be a motivating factor for me to keep going. Trent is getting me a membership to the gym, so as long as I keep it up and do what I was trained I can hopefully lose the rest of the weight I want and get in even better shape. The one thing I love is the muscle definition I am starting to see, I haven't seen it since soccer. Now if I could just lose the baby fat that is on top of it.

Good for you!! That is so awesome. You are WAY more motivated than me! I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, but I need to go more. THere aren't any bootcamps down here (and if there are, I don't want to know about them :) ). But that's awesome!
