This is my favorite time of year. I love our country and I am quite patriotic, I love to participate in all the cool events. Sunday kicked off Pioneer week in Ogden with the WSU fireworks. We love them and go every year. Hudson was so excited

for them. Then Monday night was the Horse Parade. Hudson has been waiting forever for it. He loved it. And where we were standing they were the only kids so they got a lot of candy.

Here's Hud and Roo chillin'(or should I say, sweating) in the stroller at the parade. Ruby loves to hold onto Hudson's seat and shake it. Oh and it was so hot.
After the parade they had a free concert and free movie, they have a free movie every monday night during the summer. It was so much fun. We got snowies and danced and just hung out as a fam. It even cooled off quite a bit when the sun went down and the could cover and wind came. We left at 10:00 and didn't get to stay for the movie because Ruby was so tired and the music was so loud that she couldn't go to sleep. Hudson was sad, but still had a good time. He just kept dancing and running around.

Hudson, Ruby, and Grandma Maw at the concert.
Ruby with Aunt Makenzie at the concert.
.

Hudson dancing to the music. He had a blast and didn't want to go home. He can't wait now for the Children's parade on Thursday, the rodeo, and the 24th of July parade and fireworks. What fun to be a kid.
I hate this pic we took, but we got to represent some how ya know? Trent looks very sleepy.
